Your level · not a program

Everyone is at their own stage. And needs their own format.

Friend, there’s no single route for everyone here. For some, it’s enough to come back to focus a few times a week and remember who they are in this world. Others need daily practice and a boost. And some want to walk the path with discipline, as a challenge. We’ll find the format you need right now — at this stage of the growth of your mind and soul.

01 Focus

A few times a week

Come back to focus and to an understanding of who you are in this world. No overload — between tasks.

02 Practice

Every day

Daily practice and a boost. Attention becomes a skill, and the pause becomes a habit.

03 Challenge

30 days — for those who are ready

Walk the path with discipline: five layers, every day a video, a practice and the question “Who am I?”. Missed a day — just carry on.

You can start with the test: it will suggest where to come in.

“In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s there are few.”
Shunryu Suzuki · Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind, Prologue

Rewire · what’s inside

So what is this about? Five layers, thirty days.

Each layer is six days. Each day — a 10–15 minute video, a short practice and the question “Who am I?”. Missed a day? Just carry on.

  1. Days 1–601Bodycome back to yourself

What happensAttention comes back from the head into the body: breath, support, the tension you stopped noticing long ago. We enter the state gently — and take the body seriously: it’s an important part of the path, not only the spiritual one.

What you practise2–3 minute pauses through breath and sensation. A short body “scan” between tasks.

What you take awayThe skill of grounding yourself fast — on the metro, before an important call, on shift.

  2. Days 7–1202Minda thought is not you yet

What happensYou learn to see the difference between a thought and the one who notices it.

What you practise“I see a thought”, watching sounds and thoughts, the witness position.

What you take awayThe pause between stimulus and reaction — the place where choice appears.

  3. Days 13–1803Liesthe stories you believe

What happensWe look at the stories you tell yourself: “I must”, “that’s just who I am”, “without me everything falls apart”.

What you practiseCatching loops and testing beliefs against experience, not faith.

What you take awayLess autopilot — and more honesty with yourself.

  4. Days 19–2404Truthwhat remains without masks

What happensWhat remains when the extra stories fall away: what you feel, what you want, what matters to you.

What you practiseShort honest notes, acting from the pause, conversation without masks.

What you take awayDecisions made by you — not by fear or habit.

  5. Days 25–3005Essence“Who am I?”

What happensSelf-inquiry “Who am I?” in the spirit of Ramana — no dogma, no extra words.

What you practiseThe question “Who am I?”, silence, watching the “I” as a process.

What you take awayA point of support inside — and a shared language you bring into the Place of Power.

“In the pursuit of knowledge, every day something is added. In the practice of the Tao, every day something is dropped.”
Lao Tzu · Tao Te Ching, ch. 48 · tr. Stephen Mitchell

Manifesto

You have it all. Except what matters most.

If you recognise yourself in even one card, you’re in the right place.

01 Is this it?

Outside — everything in order.

Inside — a quiet question: “is this it?”

02 Autopilot

Chasing the next goal.

And no longer remembering why.

03 Noise

Your head won’t switch off.

Not even at night. Anxiety for no reason.

04 Vacation

Rested — and more tired than before.

The reboot never comes.

05 Meditation

Five minutes in — and your thoughts are on a call.

There’s nothing wrong with you.

06 Speed

Time has sped up.

Contemplating the wind all day like a samurai of old — not an option.

07 Shift work

Shifts, the road, a building site, the wheel.

Your hands are busy, and your head hums just as loud. Clarity isn’t only for people in offices.

How it works

The model, three actions and what’s allowed. Open whatever resonates.

01You don’t have to give anything up

✓ Work

Stays.

Office, shift, site or steering wheel — clarity right in the middle of your day.

→ “here and now”

✓ City

Stays.

Practice on the metro and in the queue.

→ “no retreat”

✓ Your flat white

Stays.

What changes is the point you’re looking from.

→ “no asceticism”

You don’t change. You come back — to yourself.

02Where to look · three actions
  1. 01Noticea thought, an impulse, a reaction — the moment it appears
  2. 02Don’t identifya thought appeared — that’s not you yet
  3. 03Chooseact from the pause, not from autopilot
→ how it works: the model
03Engineering consciousness. Mindfulness without esoterics.

Model

Engineering meaning in a world of clip thinking. Common sense and the proven tools of Advaita and self-inquiry — in the language of someone with far too many tabs open. In the browser and in the head.

Axiom

Consciousness is the only thing directly available to experience.

Anyone can check this. Right now, while you’re reading.

L1 Verifiable

The operational level

Attention, perception, reactions, thinking patterns, presence. Observable, repeatable, explainable.

→ “check it”

L2 Interpretations

Models that help

Non-duality, the “I” as a process, the witness position, meaning, inner freedom. Not dogma — a map.

→ “you can see it this way”

L3 Metaphysics · optional

The big questions

What can’t be verified. One rule: don’t assert it, don’t deny it, don’t build a system on it.

→ “an open question”

What you learn

  1. 01Noticea thought, an impulse, a reaction — the moment they appear
  2. 02Don’t identifya thought appeared — that’s not you yet
  3. 03Chooseact from the pause, not from autopilot

clarity of perception + steerable attention = quality of life and decisions

04The Shift glossary
Autopilot
when you react before you’ve noticed.
Loop
the same reaction that feels new every time.
Pause
the moment between stimulus and response. That’s where choice lives.
Witness
the one who notices a thought without being that thought.
Shift
not a new “I”, but a change in the point you’re looking from.
05Here you can live. Fully.

What’s allowed

First — what you can do. In the small print — what you can do without.

YES

Live a full life

Work, ambition, money, pleasure, the city. Mindfulness fits into your life instead of replacing it.

no

Retreat to a monastery. No mountains, no cave, no six-month retreat.

YES

Common sense

Anything that can’t be verified stays an open question. No dogma, no miracles.

no

Believe in mysticism without grounds. No “vibrations”, no “attracting money”, no scare stories.

YES

Short practices through the body

Two or three minutes between tasks: breath, attention, pause. They fit into any schedule.

no

Sit in meditation for an hour. In the age of clip thinking and “everyone’s ADHD” it isn’t necessary — a couple of minutes is enough, as long as they’re honest.

YES

Test it on yourself

Don’t believe me or anyone else. If it works — keep it. If not — drop it.

no

Take things on faith. Nothing — including me.

YES

AI and technology

They’re not the enemy. What gets in the way of clarity isn’t your smartphone — it’s the autopilot you pick it up with.

no

Throw away your smartphone. It’s enough to notice who’s holding it.

YES

Look for meaning

If it got lost. The question “Who am I?” isn’t a crisis — it’s the start of an inquiry.

no

Repeat mantras on autopilot and wear ritual robes. Conscious action, reflection and your own conclusions are worth more than any ritual.

And you also don’t need to Go vegetarian. If you want to — great. But mindfulness doesn’t depend on your plate. Give up your flat white. Drink it. Just notice the taste.

If this resonates — you’re already home.
